In may 2020 I joined the Home Depot team as a sale associate and became proficient in the the following areas:

As a Sales Associate at The Home Depot, I am responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, locating items within the store, and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.

In my role as a Tool Rental Associate, I manage the rental process for customers seeking tools and equipment, including assisting with selection, processing rental agreements, and ensuring proper maintenance and functionality of rental inventory.

As a Service Desk Associate, I handle a variety of customer service tasks, including processing returns, exchanges, and special orders, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and maintaining a clean and organized service desk area.

In the position of Cashier, I operate cash registers, process customer payments, and provide friendly and efficient checkout service while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Finally, as an Equipment Driver, I safely operate vehicles to transport merchandise and equipment between store locations and assist with loading and unloading items as needed, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to safety regulations.

Attention to detail is crucial in ensuring accurate transactions and locating items within the store efficiently.

Customer service skills are essential for guiding customers in selecting the appropriate tools for their projects and providing instructions for safe usage. Additionally, I leverage my lift equipment licenses to safely operate machinery when assisting customers with loading and unloading rental items.

As a Service Desk Associate, I employ problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, demonstrating patience and empathy in handling various situations. Multitasking abilities enable me to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, such as processing returns while assisting customers with special orders.

In the position of Cashier, I utilize mathematical skills to accurately process transactions and handle cash, credit, and debit payments. Attention to detail is essential in reconciling cash drawers and maintaining accurate records of sales transactions.

Finally, as an Equipment Driver, I demonstrate safe driving practices and adhere to traffic laws and company policies while operating vehicles. Time management skills are crucial for maintaining delivery schedules and ensuring prompt and efficient transportation of merchandise and equipment between store locations, all while leveraging my lift equipment licenses for safe handling of heavy loads.
